Shipping & Payment – FAQs

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD in most major cities across India. Just select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. It’s available for orders below ₹5,000.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive SMS and email tracking updates once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also view your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — currently we ship only within India. We’re working on bringing international delivery soon!
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below that have a flat ₹49 fee. COD orders include a ₹30 handling fee.
What if I get a damaged or incorrect product?
No worries — just contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! You can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support to get started.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Absolutely. If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 7 days. Return shipping may apply in some cases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and of course, Cash on Delivery.
Is it secure to pay online?
100% secure. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored or shared.
